Guestr is a project by Luke Moulton, an Australian online marketing bloke/fella/dude/person/guy. Some credentials include, the Small Business Big Marketing podcast, and a stint as the marketing manager at Flippa.com. Luke, who hates referring to himself in the third person, has been working on and around this little thing called the Internet since 2001.

For Website Owners

Guestr.com aims to helps website owners find guest bloggers who are willing to contribute unique quality content in exchange for a backlink or two and profile. While the concept of guest posting has existed for sometime, there has been a lack of a dedicated website community where website owners and guest poster can connect.

People who wish to pitch a post to you must first sign-up. We request that they enter some social media profiles, such as Twitter and Facebook so you as the website owner can do some background research. When someone pitches a post to, you will be emailed their post idea together with their Klout score. The Klout score will provide you with an indication of the poster’s social media influence.

For Guest Bloggers

Guest posters can use Guestr to find guest posting opportunities in their particular niche and pitch a post to the owner. The intention is that you provide quality content for free in exchange for backlinks and personal profile on the listed website.

Currently it’s free to join up, but you must be a member to pitch a post.

For SEO Dudes

We all want juicy links from high profile websites, but you gotta give something to get some. Guest posting is the white hat version of article marketing. So find a website you’d like a link from and give them some awesome unique  content.
